Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern use of GymSaaS by gym owners, staff, members, and platform administrators. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

GymSaaS is a multi-tenant gym management platform for Ethiopian gyms, including memberships, staff roles, mobile-money payment proof submission, admin verification, and member check-in. Features may evolve over time.

2. Accounts and responsibilities

You must provide accurate registration information and keep passwords confidential. Gym owners are responsible for staff and member activity under their gym. You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the service, or submit fraudulent payment proofs.

3. Payments and billing

Member membership and SaaS subscription payments may require screenshot proof and manual administrator approval. Until a payment is approved, related access extensions may not apply. Premium SaaS fees and membership prices shown in the product are in Ethiopian Birr (ETB). Refunds for rejected or cancelled submissions are handled case by case.

4. Acceptable use and availability

The service is provided as-is. We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse payment flows, or compromise security.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GymSaaS and its maker are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or losses arising from gym business decisions, payment disputes between members and gyms, third-party mobile money networks, or temporary service outages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the service.
