Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how GymSaaS collects, uses, and protects information when gyms, staff, and members use the platform. GymSaaS is built by Eyob Tariku.

1. Information we collect

We collect account details you provide (name, email, phone), gym profile data, membership packages, payment submission metadata (amount, method, transaction reference), and payment receipt screenshots required for verification. We also process technical logs such as login times and security events needed to run the service.

2. How we use information

Data is used to operate gym management features: authentication, member and staff management, membership billing, payment verification, SaaS subscription tracking, check-in access control, and customer support. Screenshots are used only to review payment proofs and are not sold to third parties for marketing.

3. Storage and security

Credentials are stored as password hashes. Authentication uses session tokens. Payment screenshots may be stored with cloud providers (for example Google Drive) under our controlled access, and served only to authorized roles through the API. We apply reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

4. Sharing

Gym owners and authorized staff see tenant data for their gym. Platform administrators review payments and manage SaaS plans. We may use infrastructure providers (hosting, database, file storage, email delivery) solely to run GymSaaS. We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention and your choices

We keep information for as long as your account or gym is active and as needed for legal, security, and billing records. You may request account or data correction by contacting us. Soft-deleted accounts may remain in backup systems for a limited period before permanent removal.
